Our courtyard house project transforms a disused shop in central London into 2 flats and a new commercial unit. A lightwell inserted at the rear of the existing building unlocks the plan bringing light and air into the new flats. A new shopfront and works to the front facade ensure that the building contributes to a lively high street.
